Board Meeting
The Oroville Housing Authority monthly Board of Commissioners Meeting is held the 3rd Thursday of the month. Meetings are open to the public.
The next Board meeting will be Thursday, August 27th at 5:15pm
The meeting originally scheduled for August 20th, 2026 at 5:15 pm has been CANCELLED.

Twenty 1 Bedroom Units, four 2-Bedroom Units – Ground and Second Floor Units in a beautiful complex surrounded by a Courtyard and beautiful flower gardens.
Similkameen Park Apartments
21 Units in two locations housing families – Affordable Housing, Townhouse style and ground floor single level units
Oroville Harvest Park
The Oroville Harvest Park provides seasonal farm worker housing. It is scheduled to open June through November. There are nine units that sleep 10 persons each and one that sleeps 5.
Oroville Orchard Apartments
Oroville Orchard Apartments is a 16 unit multi-family affordable housing project. Opening November 1st, 2025. There are 10 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. Must meet family size and income requirements.
One Trip-wide and Two RV Hookups
Oroville Housing Authority manages a triple wide manufactured home and 2 RV hooks-up spaces located right off Highway 97. The spaces are $400 per month which includes power, water, sewer, and garbage. Open year round.
