Oroville Winter Emergency Camp
The Oroville Winter Emergency Camp opens in November and stays open through March. The Oroville Winter Emergency Camp (The Camp) provides temporary housing for a nightly fee of $7.00 to those who have no housing during the winter months. Although the Camp is owned and managed by the Oroville Housing Authority, the Oroville community contributes greatly to the effort in providing this safe and decent housing. The Camp provides shared bunk trailers, with separate kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. The Camp is not handicap accessible. There are steps to every trailer. The Camp is located in the Oroville Harvest Shelter facility.
